Questions

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. Before it ends we’ll agree a monthly price with you. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

Do my customers need an account or an app?

No. Each email has a private link to that day’s order. It works on any phone.

What if a customer forgets to reply?

Their standing order goes out as it does today. For accounts where you need a yes, mark them “must confirm”: Usual reminds them and flags them until they answer.

Can they just reply to the email?

Yes. Replies, pasted texts and calls you log become suggested changes. You decide what happens.

What about changes after orders close?

The locked list never changes on its own. A late request can go onto the next delivery day in one click.

How do I get my customers in?

Paste rows from a spreadsheet: customer, days, standing order, email.

Let tomorrow’s orders take care of themselves.

Usual is in a small pilot with a few bakeries. Tell us how you take orders today, and we’ll set it up with you. Free during the pilot.
